1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GenPlaylist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
GenPlaylist allows you to paste URLs from music articles, blog posts, and other web pages. Our service extracts track information and creates Spotify playlists on your behalf. The service requires a Spotify account and uses Spotify's API to create playlists.
3. Accounts & Authentication
You sign in via Spotify OAuth. We access your Spotify account only to create playlists on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We store your email, display name, and Spotify user ID to provide the service.
4. Payments & Credits
Credits are purchased as one-time payments processed by Stripe. Each playlist creation costs 1 credit. Credits never expire. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting support. All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes.
5. Intellectual Property
GenPlaylist does not claim ownership of the playlists you create. The music content belongs to the respective rights holders. Playlists created are stored in your Spotify account and are yours to keep.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
GenPlaylist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of track extraction or Spotify matching. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service. Service availability may vary.
