When you sign in with Spotify, we collect your email address, display name, profile image URL, and Spotify user ID. When you use the service, we collect the URLs you submit and the playlists you create.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide the GenPlaylist service: authenticating your account, creating playlists on your Spotify account, tracking your credit balance, and sending transactional emails. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Spotify Data
We access your Spotify account via OAuth with the following permissions: read your email and profile, create and modify playlists. We do not access your listening history, saved library, or any other Spotify data beyond what is needed to create playlists.
4. Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI DSS standards. We only store your Stripe customer ID to associate purchases with your account.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
6. Data Retention
Your account data is stored in Supabase and retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
7. Your Rights
